New Features
Order Approvals
Managers and admins can now approve or reject employee orders directly in their My Account area. Order approvals can be moderated at the item level, with fields for explaining approval or rejection reasons. To enable this feature, go to Settings > Orders > General > Order Approvals.
Company Reports
Companies with Customer Associations can now access reports in their My Account area. The following new widgets are available:
- Product Inventory Report: Displays catalog data, including past sales, inventory levels, and stock forecasts based on sales history.
- Company Order Shipped: Provides order summaries, including items shipped and averages based on selected date ranges.
- Save For Later List: Allows customers to pull in their Saved For Later list for quick editing across different pages.
New & Updated Integrations
- PayPal Checkout: Tracking numbers are now sent to the PayPal Tracking API for enhanced transparency on orders.
- Zonos: New setting added for order status updates when admin orders are created or modified.
- ShipperHQ: Added an “ADMIN” customer group option for rate lookups, alerting ShipperHQ to admin-placed orders.
- Nuvei: Added the ability to save AVS response codes for Nuvei gateway users.
Smaller Features
- Added HTS and COO codes for international shipments and calculations.
- Moved the Customer Associations feature to its own section in the admin for better management.
- Employee balance payments: Managers can now pay employee balances via the Customer Order Statement theme page.
- Restrict viewing of orders based on Customer Associations, allowing employees to view only their own or their manager’s orders.
- Custom labels for Company/Manager/Employee roles (e.g., Site Manager, Sergeant, etc.) can now be modified under Customer Association settings.
- Reward Points are now automatically applied during checkout, removing the need for an extra click.
- Breakout shipping now supports radio buttons for custom shipping methods, including Webhook Custom Shipping Methods with name and delivery date options.
- Product Quantity Limits can be reset based on the start of each month, instead of the number of days.
- Domain whitelist for image URLs added to improve third-party image optimizers.
Bug Fixes & Technical Improvements
- Added IP address to ValidateCheckout webhook.
- Exposed User IsSalesPerson API property.
- Updated the Add New Payment Gateway page layout.
- Fixed multiple issues, including:
- Blogs not changing store assignments.
- Advanced search in admin not pulling quotes with item numbers.
- Google Autocomplete not saving unit information.
- Gift cert sending issue to microstore.
- Cart-to-order conversion issue in the admin.
- Abandoned carts report time zone issue.
