How to Assign Permissions to Additional BigCommerce users and allow access to the SellerActive App from within BigCommerce

You can create new users or assign permissions to existing users.

How to Add Permission for an Existing User

• In the Big Commerce app, go to Account Settings > Users

• Select the User you want to add the new permission for by selecting the checkbox on the left hand side of the user and then select the Action and choose Edit.
• In the single click apps section, be sure to check “SellerActive Marketplace Management” and click Save.

How to Add New Users with SellerActive app permission

• Go to Account Settings > Users
• Select "Create User Account"

• Assign roles and permissions you want to give the new User.
• Make sure to check under single click apps “SellerActive by Marketplace Management and click Save.
