Replenishment Opportunities Report

Keep track of low stock and out of stock SKUs needing replenishment in WFS.

Timing inbound shipments correctly for strong selling SKUs can have a significant impact on your sales velocity. The WFS inbound process takes only 2 days, but it’s important to not have any out of stock days for your best selling products. The new Replenishment Opportunities Report helps you keep track of when to send replenishment shipments.

Report Columns

Within the report, you will see a list of out of stock or low stock items sorted by the most sales within the last 30 days by default. The report columns include:

  • Basic product information - SKU, Title, Listed channels.
  • WFS Stock Status - A SKU can have a status of Not Stocked, In Stock, Out of Stock, or Low stock. Low stock is determined by a WFS quantity level being lower than the low stock threshold set for the SKU.
  • Non-WFS Quantity - The total amount of non-WFS inventory across fulfillment centers.
  • WFS Quantity - The total number of units stocked within WFS.
  • Inbound Quantity - The total number of units on an open inbound shipment order. These units have yet to be stocked in WFS and are not yet available for sale.
  • Suggested WFS Quantity - The number of units that Walmart predicts you should send to WFS based on predicted sales demand for the next 2 months. Walmart’s prediction takes into account inbound quantity, previous sales, seasonality, listing quality, pricing, and more.
  • Days of Supply - The number of days that Walmart estimates your WFS inventory to last based on current quantity, inbound quantity, and daily forecasted sales demand.
  • Expected Sell Out Date - When a days of supply estimate exists, it will be used to display the expected sell out date. If the SKU is out of stock, the expected sell out date is the date the SKU went out of stock. The Expected Sell Out Date may be N/A if a prediction is not able to be calculated.
  • Units Sold - Last 30 Days - The number of units sold on Walmart marketplace in the last 30 days.
  • 30 Day Forecast - The number of units Walmart expects you to sell over the next 30 days. This estimate is updated weekly.
